Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary-age students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and best practices.
• Provide direct intervention through individual and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress, and communication with multidisciplinary teams.
• Offer support, strategies, and resources to teachers and parents aiding student progress.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional expertise.
