Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to support elementary students in Schenectady, NY, for a full school year or a fall-only assignment. Work five days per week, 7:45am–2:45pm, delivering individualized and small-group therapy to K–5 students, evaluating progress, and developing targeted treatment plans while collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff.

Caseloads are adjusted to scheduling needs, with a structured day that includes planning periods and a lunch

Qualifications

Current SLP license and CCC.
Experience with elementary school-aged children, ideally K–5th.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs.
Passion for fostering language and speech development in diverse learning environments.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to elementary students.
Evaluate and document student progress; develop targeted treatment plans.
Support IEP development and attend team meetings as needed.
Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and parents.
Maintain accurate, timely records for all students on your caseload.
