Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for a full-time, academic-year contract near Hampton, VA. The candidate will provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services aligned with IEPs and collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Virginia licensure, and CCC-SLP certification. Prior experience with children or schools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Virginia license to practice as an SLP required.
• CCC-SLP (ASHA) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students as identified in IEPs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor progress throughout the year.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for diverse needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and reports per district/state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Virginia license

CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
