Job summary

Soliant is seeking a compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Virginia for the 2026–2027 school year. The SLP will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-driven plans, and provide direct and indirect therapy to students.

Collaboration with teachers and families is central to the role. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology, VA licensure (ESA certification or ability to obtain), and CCC‑SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology required.
• VA State SLP license or ability to obtain ESA certification as applicable.
• ASHA CCC‑SLP is preferred.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support AAC implementation and other communication strategies when appropriate.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
