Soliant is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support elementary students in Crowley, TX. This full-time position offers a 37.5-hour week with a caseload of 70-80 students across potentially multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• TX state license in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA CCC-SLP.
• Experience in a school setting preferred; strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support learning.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, individually and in groups.
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the MDT.
• Offer professional development and support to staff on SLP topics.
