Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support elementary students in Crowley, TX. This full-time position runs 37.5 hours per week with an elementary caseload of 70–80 students and potential multiple locations.

Start: ASAP through May 21, 2027. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to assess, plan, and provide direct therapy, document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• TX state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
