Job summary

Soliant Health in Belfair, WA seeks a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to support elementary students in an Early Learning setting. The contract is full-time (37.5 hours/week) and onsite, collaborating with educators and families to help students reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities include on-site therapy, comprehensive evaluations, IEP coordination, and documentation, with flexibility for caseload needs. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current SLP-CCC certification required.
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP.
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site speech and language therapy services for early learning and developmental preschool students.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, participate in Child Find screenings, and support IEP meetings before or after the student day as needed.
• Maintain flexible support, including itinerant services and potential Transition to Kindergarten support, depending on caseload.
• Coordinate with team members to develop, review, and implement IEPs.
• Document services, maintain progress notes, and communicate with families regarding student development.
