Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years in food service.
• BCPS Lead Training preferred.
• BCPS food service experience preferred.
• Other combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee satellite kitchen operations serving up to 400 meals daily.
• Train and direct staff; ensure HACCP compliance and food safety standards.
• Handle cash and process daily deposits; review reports for discrepancies.
