Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of HACCP methods in large-quantity food prep.
• Ability to plan, assign and review work of others.
• Strong math, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lunchroom staff and assist in food preparation per guidelines.
• Oversee cleaning, sanitation, and safety with weekly staff meetings.
• Forecast production needs and place food orders based on menu and inventory.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and adherence to HACCP standards.
• Manage inventory, invoices, and equipment/cleaning supplies requests.
• Document disciplinary issues and complete required paperwork.
• Handle cash, deposits, POS, and Mosaic system operations.
• Assist in piloting new Nutrition Support Services programs.
