Knowledge of personnel management, leadership, and organization.
Knowledge of food production and service regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage a school cafeteria for the Child Nutrition Department and supervise daily kitchen activities.
Order and receive inventory; count and verify shipments.
Develop and maintain staff work schedules.
Ensure serving had per menu specifications are followed safely.
Maintain inventory and accurate daily/monthly reports.
