Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years of experience in food service required.
• One (1) year supervisory experience in food service required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately 250 food service employees across multiple locations.
• Ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and accountability of meals.
• Develop and deliver employee training (sanitation, production, cashier training).
• Interface between central office and field staff to implement programs.
• Monitor and audit cafeteria operations and related reports.
