Job summary

Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan ISD 196 seeks an Elementary Interventionist for Mathematics and SEL to support K-5 students with targeted interventions across two buildings. You will collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to implement evidence-based strategies, promoting numeracy and social-emotional learning.

The role emphasizes data-informed decisions, 504 Plans coordination, PBIS practices, and alignment with district standards to foster an inclusive learning

Qualifications

• Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Education in Elementary Education.
• Experience working with diverse cultures and communities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess student mathematics needs and plan interventions.
• Provide small-group math instruction across two buildings.
• Monitor and adjust interventions based on data and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and math coaches to align strategies.
• Engage families and caregivers to extend math support.
