Alpine School District is seeking an Instructional Paraprofessional for a Fourth Grade - Elementary class. This non-contract role provides essential classroom support, supervision, and instructional assistance to students with special needs in the resource setting.

The position offers 5.75 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with hourly pay options for untrained and trained lanes, and opportunities to advance with in-district training.

Qualifications

• Age 16+
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must complete mandatory employee training within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Adapt classroom activities under supervision to support objectives and IEP goals.
• Provide immediate first aid and medical assistance as instructed by health professionals.
• Assist with tests, homework, and makeup work to support teachers.
