Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a LifeWise teacher to share gospel-focused education with students in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate is an active church participant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, caring, perceptive, and proficient in teaching children.

The role requires completing training, teaching LifeWise classes, maintaining records, and engaging with the school community while promoting the LifeWise religious mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience.
• Mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church aligned with LifeWise beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training and Teacher Certification within 30 days.
• Teach LifeWise classes using the LifeWise curriculum and map curriculum customization.
• Invest in connecting with students through relationships and prayer.
• Maintain an organized, encouraging classroom environment and manage records.
• Communicate with the program director and school personnel; promote LifeWise mission.
