Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time LifeWise Teacher to share gospel in classroom settings with public school students. The role emphasizes a mature Christian faith, active church involvement, and excellent communication with students and school personnel.

Responsibilities include completing training and certification within 30 days, teaching LifeWise curricula, maintaining attendance and rosters, and fostering a redemptive, engaging classroom environment while aligning with LifeWise

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting.
• Mature personal Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy's Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise's beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing training, including LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days.
• Teach LifeWise classes using the curriculum and build relationships with students.
• Maintain attendance records, health notes, and rosters as required by school officials.
• Maintain a clean, engaging classroom and manage materials and supplies.
• Communicate with school personnel, volunteers, and program director; promote LifeWise's mission.
