Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time LifeWise Teacher to share the gospel with public school students in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate is an active church participant with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a caring, perceptive approach to teaching children.

Responsibilities include completing training and certification within 30 days, teaching the LifeWise curriculum, building relationships with students, and maintaining classroom records and a positive learning

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience with students in school or church settings.
• Mature Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise's beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum and map curriculum customization.
• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training including certification within 30 days of start date.
• Build relationships with students and pray for them regularly.
• Maintain an organized, clean classroom and manage attendance records.
