Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in school or church settings.
• Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise beliefs.
• Mature personal Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training, including LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days and annual Summit participation.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum and build relationships with students.
• Maintain attendance records and class rosters, including health concerns and permissions.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and purchase supplies as needed.
• Communicate with school personnel, volunteers and program director; promote LifeWise's religious mission.
