Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a Part-Time LifeWise Teacher to share the gospel in public school classrooms. The role requires engaging with both churched and unchurched students using LifeWise materials and a relational, redemptive teaching approach.

You will complete training, teach with the provided curriculum, and stay connected with teachers’ lounges and LifeWise events while maintaining accurate attendance and student records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting.
• Mature personal Christian faith consistent with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church aligned with LifeWise beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Complete LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days before teaching.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum and map curriculum customization.
• Build relationships with students and pray for them regularly.
• Maintain an organized, encouraging classroom and redemptive discipline.
• Take attendance and maintain class rosters and health/special needs records.
