Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a Part-Time LifeWise teacher to share the gospel in public school classrooms, combining Bible knowledge with effective teaching to churched and unchurched students.

The ideal candidate is an active church participant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, caring, perceptive and able to build relationships with students, volunteers and staff. You will complete training, implement LifeWise curricula, maintain records and promote the mission.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience (with students) in either a school or church setting
• A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the What We Believe section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith

• Communicate with school personnel, volunteers and program director and promote LifeWise's religious mission
