Job summary

Dow is seeking a Market Development Manager to drive growth in consumer electronics, data center/server, and semiconductor markets across North America. You will engage with design engineers, OEMs, EMS providers, and distributors to win design-ins and expand our market presence.

The role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders across regions while aligning product roadmaps with customer needs. Remote/hybrid options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience (U.S. E5 or Canadian equivalent).
• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Willingness to travel ~30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in electronics and semiconductor markets.
• Engage with the full electronics value chain including design engineers and specifiers.
• Develop strategic partnerships with brand owners, OEMs, EMS providers, and OSATs to win spec-in approvals.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and technical service to align roadmaps with market needs.
• Coordinate cross-regional efforts with APAC, Europe, and the Americas to drive opportunities to transaction.
