Job summary

Okmetic is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager for North America to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the semiconductor and MEMS sectors. The role requires building strategic customer relationships and leading negotiations across multiple levels of customer organizations.

The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding of wafer manufacturing with proven sales success, and thrive in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, supply chain, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor, MEMS, wafer manufacturing, or related tech.
• Proven success in business development, revenue growth, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and expand market share across accounts and territories.
• Develop executive-level relationships with procurement, engineering, operations, and senior management.
• Lead negotiations, contract discussions, pricing strategies, and business development.
• Maintain opportunities, forecasts, and business plans in CRM systems.
• Represent Okmetic at customer meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and technical events.
