Job summary

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has immediate openings for Manufacturing Assemblers / Technical Assistants on our 2nd shift in Alburtis. You will be a key part of production and material handling teams, building a career with a high‑tech company in a hands‑on environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
• Basic math and basic computer skills are required.
• Must be willing to continuously learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom products to meet customer needs.
• Identify electronic components and hand-solder circuit boards.
• Use inventory management system and enter materials transactions.
• Perform light electrical and mechanical assembly operations.
• Process customer orders with supply chain and distribution teams.
• Operate material handling equipment to transport materials.
• Willingness to rotate to other Lehigh Valley facilities.
