Job summary

TTM Technologies in Littleton, CO is seeking an assembler for second shift to perform soldering and mechanical operations on electronic components and subassemblies, following IPC and J-standards. You will assemble parts using hand tools, soldering iron, voltmeters, fixtures, and microscopes, and you will read assembly drawings and instructions.

The role includes inspecting work, preparing PC boards, applying adhesives, creating NCMR when needed, and supporting safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Read, understand and follow detailed assembly instructions and drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic mechanical assembly operations.
• Ability to run automatic soldering equipment.
• Ability to determine if product meets quality standards.
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with fine-pitch components preferred.
• Basic reading of manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts into units or subassemblies using hand tools and soldering iron.
• Use voltmeters, scales, fixtures, bench tools and soldering equipment as required.
• Perform assembly operations under a stereo microscope.
• Prepare PC boards and apply adhesives; use tools for mechanical assembly.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets requirements and follow safety procedures.
• Create NCMR and perform root cause analysis as needed.
• Read, interpret and follow detailed work instructions and drawings.
