Job summary

Lutron Electronics is seeking Manufacturing Assemblers / Technical Assistants on the 2nd shift at our Alburtis facility. You will assemble electronics, learn to identify components, and cross-train across departments to support engineering and manufacturing teams.

Starting pay is $20.00/hr with a 10% shift differential ($22/hr). We offer tuition reimbursement, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, bonuses, and generous paid time off, including vacation and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to rotate to different Lehigh Valley facilities.
• Must be able to read and follow English work instructions.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform light electrical/mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom products to meet customer needs.
• Identify components and hand-solder circuit boards.
• Use inventory system and enter material transactions.
• Perform light electrical and mechanical assembly operations.
• Coordinate with supply chain and distribution teams to process orders.
• Operate material handling equipment to move materials.
• Willing to rotate to other Lehigh Valley facilities.
