Lutron Electronics is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the second shift in Ashland, VA. The role focuses on pallet-rider and forklift operations, RF-based picking/packing, and timely material delivery to production lines.

You’ll rotate through stations, learn inventory systems, and support distribution teams while upholding safety standards. Starting pay ranges $21–$22.50 per hour with a 10% second-shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to drive a box truck.
• Willingness to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (pallet riders, order pickers, forklifts).
• Ability to work 2:30pm to 11:00pm.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand for extended periods and move between stations.
• Read and follow work instructions in English.
• Commit to safety procedures and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment including pallet riders and forklifts.
• Drive a box truck as needed.
• Use RF tech for picking, packing, shipping, receiving and stock replenishment.
• Deliver material to production lines in a timely manner.
• Learn and use inventory management system for material transactions.
• Collaborate with supply chain and distribution teams on orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Become certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (such as electric pallet riders, order pickers, and forklifts, etc.)
• Drive a box truck
• Utilize RF technology to perform distribution functions such as picking, packing and shipping orders, receiving, put away and stock replenishment
• Deliver material to production lines in a timely manner
• Learn and use our inventory management system and enter materials transactions
• Work with our supply chain and distribution teams to process customer orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Have a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to drive a box truck
• Desire to learn how to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (such as electric pallet riders, order pickers, and forklifts, etc.)
• Ability to work 2:30pm to 11:00pm
• Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to move to surrounding workstations and to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
• Ability to work safely, wear appropriate PPE, and follow safety procedures

Starting pay: $21 - 22.50 per hour - please note: second shift is eligible for a 10% pay differenital.
