Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
• Basic math and basic computer skills are required.
• Must be willing to continuously learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom products to meet customer needs.
• Identify electronic components and hand-solder circuit boards.
• Use inventory management system and enter materials transactions.
• Perform light electrical and mechanical assembly operations.
• Process customer orders with supply chain and distribution teams.
• Operate material handling equipment to transport materials.
• Willingness to rotate to other Lehigh Valley facilities.

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has immediate openings for Manufacturing Assemblers / Technical Assistants on our 2nd shift performing Electronics Assembly at our manufacturing facility in Alburtis. In this position, you would be a key part of the production or materials handling teams. You will build a career with a high‑tech company working in a hands‑on environment. You will have the opportunity to cross train in various departments while performing a wide range of duties to support our engineering, manufacturing, assembly, quality, material handling and packaging operations.
