Job summary

Lutron Electronics in Ashland, VA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the second shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm). The role involves operating powered equipment, handling RF-based distribution tasks, and coordinating with supply chain teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment (pallet riders, order pickers, forklifts).
• Drive a box truck and ship orders with RF technology.
• Perform receiving, put away, stock replenishment, and production line delivery.
• Use inventory system and process material transactions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Become certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (such as electric pallet riders, order pickers, and forklifts, etc.)
• Drive a box truck
• Utilize RF technology to perform distribution functions such as picking, packing and shipping orders, receiving, put away and stock replenishment
• Deliver material to production lines in a timely manner
• Learn and use our inventory management system and enter materials transactions
• Work with our supply chain and distribution teams to process customer orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Have a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to drive a box truck
• Desire to learn how to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (such as electric pallet riders, order pickers, and forklifts, etc.)
• Ability to work 2:30pm to 11:00pm
• Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to move to surrounding workstations and to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
• Ability to work safely, wear appropriate PPE, and follow safety procedures

Starting pay: $21 - 22.50 per hour - please note: second shift is eligible for a 10% pay diferential.
