Qualifications

• Experience in electronics assembly preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small components.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and products according to work instructions and specifications.
• Install, connect, and secure small electronic parts and components.
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment as required.
• Read and follow diagrams, work instructions, and visual aids.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Identify defects or issues and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all ESD procedures and company safety requirements.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Work effectively as part of a team and assist with other production duties as needed.
