Responsibilities

• Process ACH transactions including receiving/origination and returns.
• Reconcile cash advances.
• Dispute processing related to Reg E including ATM/debit disputes.
• Order and maintain debit/ATM cards.
• Process and post mobile and remote deposit transactions.
• Reconcile in-clearing items and manage check adjustments.
• Maintain Overdraft Privilege programs and monitor accounts.
• Report negative balances to Collections and EFunds.
• Respond to member and branch inquiries; research ACH and Debit card activity.
• Cross-train across operations to support team coverage.
• Promote BSA compliance and assist BSA Department as needed.
• Uphold information security and privacy policies; complete annual security training.
• Other duties may be assigned.
