You’ll drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner across departments to deliver exceptional service for Members and teammates. This exempt, salaried role offers a hybrid schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of leadership experience in financial services or equivalent leadership training.
• Strong knowledge of electronic payments, ACH, wires, debit/credit cards, and audit requirements.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members with clear expectations and accountability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an assigned team of Electronic Payments Specialists and assist the Payment Services Manager with the department's operations.
• Coordinate workflow for debit, credit, prepaid cards, ACH, wires, check processing, negative shares, levies, workers compensation, and shared branch administration.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity and service levels.
