Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent or work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of financial institution experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must obtain and maintain one or more certifications (AAP, NCP, APRP, FPP).
• General knowledge of electronic payments.

Responsibilities

• Supports all aspects of Digital Banking, ACH, Share Draft, Payroll, Bill Pay, Wire Transfers, Mobile/Remote Deposit, Business Payment Services, new products/services.
• Perform ACH exception processing, balancing, returns, and related tasks.
• Manage payroll and transfer forms, loan payment options, ATM activity, and internal member requests.
• Process wire transfers, daily check clearings, mobile and remote deposit activities.
• Review payment services activity daily for potential fraud and ensure compliance.
