Job summary

San Francisco Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Manager, Electronic Payment Services at the Golden Gate Branch in San Francisco. You will oversee ACH, wires, and EPT processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong controls.

Join a cross-functional team and lead initiatives to improve workflows, automate payments, and support vendor relationships while aligning with regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electronic payments or banking and a bachelor’s degree;

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in electronic payments, banking, or payment operations.
• Strong knowledge of ACH, wires, and electronic funds transfer processes.
• Experience with process improvement, risk control, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in management and strategic direction of EPS, evaluate performance and implement initiatives.
• Provide expertise for ACH, wires, RDC, electronic funds transfers, and related payment processes.
• Ensure operational accuracy, compliance, service quality, and effective risk management.
• Lead projects, system enhancements, and vendor management to improve efficiency and controls.
