Qualifications

• Preferred experience in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or related human services field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail in work orders and case notes.
• Ability to interact well with diverse backgrounds.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Pre-employment and regular background checks.

Responsabilités

• Receive service requests from AMP dispatch staff via phone, text, and email.
• Maintain inventory of electronic monitoring devices.
• Install/retrieve/troubleshoot electronic monitoring device.
• Document services and communicate status with team.
• Keep logs of hours and miles traveled using web-based software.
• Represent AMP professionally at client sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
