Job summary

Recovery Monitoring Solutions LLC in Colorado seeks a Case Manager Supervisor for non-residential community corrections. You will oversee case management services, work with government partners, and represent the company on committees.

You will review client reports before court submissions and assist with audits to ensure compliance across the district. You will supervise staff, conduct quarterly quality assurance audits, manage probation statuses, and ensure proper documentation in the client

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice, social or behavioral science or closely related field.
One (1) year of related experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

Supervises the management, development, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of non-residential case management for assigned district or region.
Reviews required court reports prior to filing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
Supervises staff, including hiring, training, performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
Conducts quarterly quality assurance audits and reports findings to management.
Maintains secure and confidential client records and ensures documentation is complete in the client management system.
