Capturis, part of the Conservice family, seeks an Electronic Invoice Specialist I to support setup and maintenance of electronic invoices. The role involves uploading invoices, mapping files from various sources, and coordinating with providers to ensure data accuracy.

The position supports a hybrid or in-office work arrangement with a schedule spanning early CST hours. A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong computer skills and proficiency in G-Suite, Excel, and Access.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with utility providers to set up and maintain electronic invoices.
• Upload electronic invoice files into the Capturis Billing application and verify accuracy.
• Map data files from non-EDI sources and perform custom uploads.
• Communicate data-file changes with providers and update templates.
• Maintain quality and fix inconsistencies in invoice data.
