The position is onsite in Sorrento Valley, San Diego, full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm PST, with a contract-to-hire path and compensation ranging from $23.00 to $28.00 per

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented with strong data accuracy.
• Experience managing electronic invoicing processes via EDI.
• Ability to analyze invoicing data and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices through EDI platforms ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor EDI transactions and troubleshoot invoice submission errors.
• Collaborate with accounting, logistics and CS to resolve invoice issues.
