Job summary

Benesch is seeking an e-Billing Specialist to join our Chicago office on a hybrid schedule. You will manage the flow of computerized billing from inception to final product, including prebills and reports for timekeepers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, at least 3 years of client billing experience, 60 WPM typing, and proficiency in Excel and Word, with familiarity in E-invoicing systems. Aderant/BillBlast knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 3 years of client billing experience.
• Typing speed of 60 WPM and 10-key by touch.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; familiarity with e-billing systems.
• Aderant/BillBlast experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand start-to-finish billing process; ensure accurate invoicing.
• Monitor e-billing sites and requirements; resolve submissions and rejections.
• Collaborate with billing and collections to resolve issues.
• Enter rates and accruals into various systems; conduct prebills and reports.
