Job summary

The role supports branch management, handles account inquiries, and contributes to accurate end-of-day processing. Prior banking experience is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Banking customer service experience preferred.
• Retail banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations including Bank Secrecy Act, Privacy, and Fair Lending is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Bank customers and assist in operations.
• Handle customer transactions and balance currency, coin, and checks at end of day.
• Assist Branch Manager with scheduling and problem resolution as needed.
• Cross-sell SouthEast Bank products based on customer needs.
• Assist in opening, maintaining, and closing accounts and researching customer inquiries.
