You will support Cash Management customers, handle emails, chats, and live chats, and participate in sales referrals and community activities. Strong Microsoft Office skills and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer phone calls, emails, and live chats regarding digital banking services.
• Daily review of fraud anomaly alerts and reports in the Electronic Banking system.
• Assist Cash Management customers and other department staff as needed.
• Participate in bank-wide sales referral incentive program and community activities.
• Adhere to bank policies and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
