Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in repair or related technical fields, proficiency with test equipment, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years in repair or technical service of electromechanical systems.
• Experience using electronic test equipment and troubleshooting.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to document repair activities and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and test YSI electromechanical products and instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with test equipment and procedures.
• Verify product performance through testing and documentation.
• Communicate repair evaluations and service recommendations to customers.
• Support warranty and service review processes.
