Qualifications

• 2+ years of repair/technical service experience or related field.
• Experience using electronic test equipment and performing troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping of repair activities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and test YSI electromechanical products and instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with test equipment.
• Document repair findings, service activity, and evaluations.
• Provide technical support and communicate repair status to customers.
• Enter repair and warranty data into company systems and ensure quality standards.
