Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of repair/technical service experience.
• Experience with electronic test equipment and troubleshooting.
• Experience with electromechanical, environmental instrumentation.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to document repair activities and maintain records.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and test electromechanical products.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using test equipment.
• Document repair findings and service activity.
• Provide technical support and communicate status to customers.
