Job summary

SC Johnson GmbH is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Senior Technician for a 12-hour rotating night shift (7a-7p), B Team, at our United States facility. The role requries troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, plus preventive & corrective maintenance.

Strong TPM/Lean familiarity and ability to read blueprints are preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and a total compensation package above industry norms, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Technical college certification in a related field or Journeyman.
• 3 years’ manufacturing maintenance experience or 5–7 years mechanical/electrical maintenance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond and assist in recovery and repair of factory installed equipment.
• Troubleshoot failed electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic components using basic and advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Complete assigned preventive maintenance actions per OEM/engineering specs, including overhauls, calibration, inspections and cleaning.
• Complete basic and advanced corrective action repairs to support safety, quality and equipment reliability.
• Perform fabrication tasks with shop equipment (mills, lathes, drill press, welding, etc.).
• Use SAP to review work orders, generate requirements, and document completion.
