Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Senior Technician for a 12-hour rotating night shift (7a-7p, B Team) in Racine, WI. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining factory equipment, with opportunities to lead TPM initiatives and mentor operators.

We expect a technical college certification or journeyman status with multiple years of maintenance experience. SAP knowledge and blueprint literacy are advantageous for reliability work and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Technical college certification in a related field or Journeyman with maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of SAP maintenance modules is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Respond and assist in recovery and repair of factory installed equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and overhauls per OEM specs and TPM guidelines.
• Support autonomous maintenance and cross-training of operators.
• Keep accurate records in the CMMS/SAP system.
