SC Johnson is seeking an Electromechanical Senior Technician in Racine, WI, to maintain and repair factory equipment on a 12-hour rotating night shift (7pm–7am, C-Team). Qualifications
- Requires technical college certification or Journeyman in related field.
- 2+ years of industrial electrical controls experience; PLC programming is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, mechanical/electrical skills, and ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Respond and assist in recovery and repair of factory installed equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic components with diagnostic tools.
- Perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, inspections and basic cleaning/lubrication.
- Support autonomous maintenance and TPM/Lean initiatives; document work in SAP.
