Job summary

Bernatello’s Foods is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Wisconsin to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex equipment. The role requires operating with limited supervision and leading maintenance projects while mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities include recording equipment usage in CMMS, interpreting electrical/mechanical prints, installing and troubleshooting PLCs/ transformers, and supporting process safety and TPM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Operate under limited supervision on highly complex maintenance projects.
• Lead and direct implementation of maintenance projects and work orders.
• Mentor and train less experienced maintenance staff.
