Job summary

No ë l Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain our plant facility and equipment. You will determine root causes, implement improvements, manage CMMS records, and keep an organized spare parts inventory, with safety as the highest priority.

The role requires 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3-day schedule (Night Shift 6 pm – 6 am). Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge and experience reading blueprints and schematics are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical field applications is required.
• Must be able to read safety information, blueprints, electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to read and follow operating instructions and procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication with peers, management, contractors and vendors.
• Proficiency in selecting and safely using power tools and shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment failures, including HVAC-related components.
• Contribute to measurable reductions in maintenance downtime and costs.
• Plan and perform complex corrective and preventative maintenance.
• Manage work orders in CMMS and document problems, parts, and repairs.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure a clean, safe work area.
• Provide regular feedback to the manager on technical issues.
