Job summary

Qualifications
- Technical college cert or Journeyman with 3+ years mfg maintenance or 5–7 years mechanical/electrical maintenance.
- Safety leadership demonstrated in prior roles.
- Ability to read blueprints and use SAP for maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and assist in recovery and repair of factory equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic components.
- Perform preventative maintenance and calibration per OEM specs.
- Document work in SAP and review assigned tasks.
- Support autonomous maintenance training for operators.
- Contribute to TPM/Lean continuous improvement initiatives.
