SC Johnson is seeking an Electromechanical Senior Technician for a 12-hour rotating night shift (B Team) at our Racine, WI facility. You will troubleshoot, repair and replace electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components, with a focus on proactive maintenance and reliability.

Ideal candidates have technical certification or a Journeyman background with 3+ years of maintenance experience and can work legally in the United States.

Qualificações

• Technical college certification in a related field or Journeyman (HVAC, Electrician) with 3 years’ maintenance experience or 5-7 years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Respond and assist in recovery and repair of factory installed equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic components using basic and advanced problem-solving techniques.
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance actions per OEM and engineering specs, including overhauls, calibration, inspections and lubrication.
• Carry out corrective action repairs to support safety, quality and reliability.
• Perform fabrication tasks with shop equipment such as mills, lathes, drill press, welding, shears and brakes.
• Utilize SAP to review work, generate work orders and document completion.
• Train autonomous maintenance teams in operation principles, inspection and routine maintenance.
