Job summary

DOC Services Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician (Floater) to service and repair a range of light industrial equipment at big box retailers within a 3-hour radius of the service market, traveling overnight about 2.5 weeks per month.

You will perform preventive maintenance and reactive repairs, using hand and power tools to diagnose and fix issues, and communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures on equipment and then providing a solution.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and repair machines.
• Respond to on-site preventative maintenance service calls within contract time frames.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, and coworkers.
